Payment for out-of-stock items is required before they are ordered. If you have phoned or Emailed and agreed to order items that are out of stock, you understand that we'll need payment to order the goods in for you, as we don't have stock of every item 100% of the time and can't afford to hold a lot of stock, nor do we have anywhere to put it.

Thanks for shopping at Studio Photo. We do our best to keep all items in stock but occasionally we will run low or run out of popular items. Please be aware that lead times may be from 2 days to 2 weeks depending on availability. We appreciate that you're patient while waiting. If you wish to check on stock levels before ordering please use the contact page to send an Email and we'll give you a run down on what's in stock asap.

Most of our items carry a warranty. Flashes carry a longer warranty than most other items, and some items like flash tubes and bulbs have no warranty. Please check the policy via the Shipping and Returns link on the main page for more details. Please be aware that our items are priced for amateur and prosumer. When used in a heavy-use professional studio environment any warranty on any item is void.

We carry a range of very large lighting stands, some greater than 2M in length. To send these via a fairly expensive courier is the only method available to us. Australia Post won't take them, nor will our preferred service: Couriers Please. If your freight price is quite high, it may be because you have ordered a very large stand. you might consider ordering shorter stands if you wish to reduce the freight charge.
